Our Days are Numbered
Mixed media on wood and canvas | 2014
Our days are numbered, literally.
Each day frames a space - a space to have real maple syrup, to chase something while wearing flip flops, to pray, to lose faith, to apologize, to thank your parents, to love.
At some point, our days inevitably run out and we look back on the space that is left. It is our choice of how we fill it.
Take a day and fill it with the advice given, or in your own way.
Unique Numbers 1 through 10

Unique: (French, from Latin unicus, from unus, one) unlike anything or anyone else; very special or unusual; belonging to or connected with only one particular thing, place, or person
The word unique is used to encourage and support individual expression, but to be oneself is also to be lonely.
Perhaps unique is just an illusion that overshadows the patterns that connect humanity as a whole.
